How we handle your data.
Hyvop ("Hyvop", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect through https://hyvop.com and our services, and how we use it.
Data we collect
- • Contact and marketing data you submit via forms (name, work email, company, cloud-spend range, message).
- • Product telemetry for the hosted website (standard analytics, cookies).
- • Operational metadata processed by the Hyvop platform once available: resource identifiers, tags, and cost figures. Because Hyvop is self-hosted, this data remains in your environment and is not transmitted to us unless you explicitly share it.
What we never collect
- • We never access data inside your databases, storage, or workloads.
- • We never store your long-term cloud credentials.
How we use data
To respond to inquiries, manage the waitlist and Design Circle, provide the Playbook and other resources, and improve our website.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Consent (marketing communications) and legitimate interest (responding to inquiries, securing our services). You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
Retention
Marketing and contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Self-hosted platform data retention is controlled entirely by you.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Contact privacy@hyvop.com.
Sub-processors
We use a limited set of vetted providers for website hosting, analytics, and email. A current list is available on request.

Acceptance
By accessing https://hyvop.com or using Hyvop software, you agree to these terms.
Pre-launch status
Hyvop's Community Edition is not yet generally available. Information on this site about editions, features, integrations, and pricing describes the product as planned and may change before launch.
Community Edition license (upcoming)
When released, the Community Edition will be free of charge and self-hosted, but not open source. It will be provided "as is" under Hyvop's proprietary (source-unavailable) Community Edition License, subject to its fair-use limits (1 cloud account per provider, max 2 providers connected; 1,000 resources per scan; 3 remediation policies; 30-day data retention). No warranty is provided.
Enterprise Edition (upcoming)
The Enterprise Edition will be provided under a separate commercial agreement, including SLA and support. Pricing will be published at launch.
Hyvop Cloud (Managed) (upcoming)
Hyvop Cloud will be a fully managed, single-tenant deployment operated by Hyvop in your chosen region, offered under a separate commercial agreement following a Private Preview with design partners. Your data never leaves your region.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services, reverse-engineer beyond permitted limits, or use Hyvop to violate applicable law.
Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyvop disclaims implied warranties. Because remediation actions execute only after explicit human approval within your environment, you remain responsible for the actions you approve. Our aggregate liability is limited as set out in the applicable commercial agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France, unless a signed commercial agreement states otherwise.

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
