Founding rate applies to the tier you start on. Upgrade at any time, the 50% founding discount follows you to the new tier for the remainder of the 3-year lock.
Why we're doing this
Early customers give us the two things a startup can't buy: real environments and honest feedback. In return, you get pricing that will never exist again, zero lock-in while you build trust, and a guarantee that puts our revenue behind our claims. If Hyvop doesn't pay for itself several times over, you don't keep paying, that's the deal.
The fine print, short on purpose
- Who qualifies: the first 25 teams to activate a paid Enterprise or Hyvop Cloud subscription after Community Edition ships. Design Circle members qualify automatically when their free year ends.
- Trial to paid: your 90-day trial converts only when you say so, nothing is charged automatically.
- Guarantee measurement: verified realized savings is the number Hyvop reconciles against your cloud bill, the same number your finance team sees, not an estimate.
- Price lock: 36 months from your first paid invoice, on the tier you're on, including tier upgrades at the same discount.
- What we ask back: a 30-min feedback call each quarter, and if you're happy, permission to ask you for a reference, never required.
- When it ends: at 25 founding customers or 90 days after Community Edition GA, whichever comes first. Seats remaining are shown on this page.

Is Hyvop open source?
No. The Community Edition is free and self-hosted but closed-source (proprietary license), like the free tier of a commercial developer tool.
How is Enterprise priced?
Fixed monthly subscription, not a percentage of your cloud spend, not per-seat, not per-resource. Your bill stays predictable as your cloud grows. Tiers are based on team size and environment complexity, not on how much you spend on cloud.
Can I upgrade without re-deploying?
Yes. Enterprise unlocks features on the same self-hosted deployment via a license key.
How long does deployment take?
Community Edition, running in an afternoon. Enterprise with Co-pilot, live in about 2 weeks. Standard Enterprise, typically 1 to 3 days with a license key upgrade. No re-architecture required.
What is Hyvop Cloud?
A fully managed, single-tenant deployment in your chosen region, we run the infrastructure, upgrades, and backups. It's in Private Preview with design partners while we publish verified results; request access.
Do you ever get access to our cloud?
Only through scoped, least-privilege IAM roles you create and control. We never store long-term credentials or touch workload data. See security.
What does "realized savings" mean?
Savings reconciled against your actual cloud bill after each remediation, not theoretical estimates. Available from the Growth tier and up.
Is there a discount for annual commitment?
Standard Enterprise pricing is annual, invoiced quarterly. Founding Customers (first 25 paying teams) get 50% off year one, a 3-year price lock, and may bill monthly with no annual commitment, see the offer.
What happens to my Founding rate if I upgrade tiers?
The 50% founding discount follows you to the new tier for the remainder of your 3-year lock. You never lose it by growing.
How does the 3× savings guarantee work?
At month 6 we compare your verified realized savings (reconciled against your cloud bill, Growth-level verification is included for all Founding Customers) with what you've paid Hyvop. If savings are under 3× fees, we extend your subscription free until they cross that line. No forms, no fine print beyond this sentence.
I'm in the Design Circle, do I qualify?
Yes. Design Circle members qualify for a Founding Customer seat automatically when their free year ends, regardless of whether the 25 seats have filled.
